History
I founded the company January 1st, 1974. Since then I have developed and built eight subdivisions and have constructed nearly 1,000 individual homes. We build homes in Knox County, Loudon County, Blount County, Anderson County, and Campbell County. We have renovated kitchens and baths, added sunrooms, added bedrooms, built decks and screened porches, and added elevators to existing homes.
My son, Eric, joined the family business in 1991 and works as the daily on-site supervisor of all subcontractors. He is the interface between the homebuyer, the suppliers, and the subcontractors to make sure there is an easy flow of information and ideas making for a smooth building process.
We are on the preferred-builder list for Rarity Bay, Rarity Ridge, Rarity Mountain, Tellico Village, and Kahite.
